  1. 12/16nm node, successfully pilot-produced 16nm FinFETs at the end of 2013, and then further mass-produced 16nm FinFET enhanced version process (16FF+) in 2015, and started production of automotive applications for its customers since 2017. The 12-nanometer compact process technology, which also entered production in 2017, has maximized crystal density in the 16-nanometer generation. Compared with the 20nm system-on-chip process, 12/16nm is 50% faster, and the power consumption is 60% lower at the same speed. 12/16nm node has a capacity of about 140K/WPM (UTR of about 70%) for this year, and it is expected that there will be a lot of automotive products by the end of 2023, and next year will see stable and small volume growth, and the UTR will be increased as well. Meanwhile, it is expected that TV SoC, WiFi, Tcon, Flash controller and other products will be shifted from N22/28nm.
