In-vehicle cameras are mainly used for face recognition, photography and filming during account registration, in-vehicle entertainment, driving and passenger safety monitoring. According to a report released by market research organization IHS Markit, the global market penetration rate of in-vehicle cameras in 2022 will be 13.2%, with the average number of installed vehicles at 1.5 units. It is estimated that by 2030, the market penetration rate will grow to 58.9%, and the average number of installed vehicles will increase to 7.4 units.
