AI landing everywhere, CES 2026 emphasizes that AI has been immersed in life innovation (DIVE IN) from last year's technological innovation, and further towards the agentic AI (agentic AI) and physical AI (physical AI) fusion, and into the real environment, based on the real-world impact of the real-world impact stage. As one of the three highlights of CES 2026, digital health focuses on three innovative breakthroughs in longevity technology, precision medicine and remote care, namely AI health monitoring equipment, multi-dimensional physiological data collection and AI analysis to achieve early warning of diseases; wearable medical and health equipment, towards more accurate blood glucose monitoring, cardiac monitoring and medical treatment. Wearable medical and healthcare devices are evolving towards more accurate blood glucose monitoring, ECG monitoring and medical grade monitoring, while aging technology provides solutions for the care needs of the elderly, intelligent mobility aids and telemedicine. In the face of the future healthcare environment, AI-driven healthcare efficiency and automation has become an important development trend, given the growing demand for elderly care, the limited number of doctors and nurses, and the increased convenience and accuracy of healthcare services.

從CES 2026 AI+數位健康科技發展的二大趨勢觀點來看，分別為:

一、AI全方位賦能健康數據，AI與智慧感測技術在數位健康科技應用的全面提升，不僅停留在穿戴設備的數據可視化，更是向臨床工作流程與遠程護理系統深度融合，並提供實質的健康保健干預建議。

二、穿戴智慧健康和智慧醫療科技產品界線模糊化，智慧穿戴設備從科技潮流走向全民標配，正進化為人類數位器官。以用戶健康為本，貼近消費者需求為核心，消費者的個性化治療，不僅僅是健康數據採集，更強化數據的分析和應用，以及從居家健康監測，到醫療端的治療方案建議的整合。以慢性病管理和睡眠管理為例，Samsung和Oura等數位健康科技公司從全面採用美國FDA核准醫療級的解決方案，進入醫療保健臨床領域; 而Resmed等睡眠醫療科技公司也從貼近消費者視角，不僅關注睡眠呼吸中止症等疾病，並延伸關注睡眠健康和睡眠科技，甚至進一步參與人類健康，利用AI agent智慧聊天機械人與用戶互動提供正確即時的健康和醫療資訊，並建構跨穿戴裝置的生理監測生態系。

今年CES 2026數位健康年度大秀，除了延續去年已展出的機械人助力可穿戴式外骨骼機械裝、機器寵物和AI智慧眼镜之外，以創新醫療設備類和非接觸式健康科技等醫療健康應用最為吸睛。

創新醫療設備新突破: 耳內式腦電圖、居家脂肪肝偵測和子宮頸癌篩檢設備搶眼
如圖1，本次CES現場展示創新醫療設備產品，以Naox Technologies推出的兩款全球首款耳內式腦電圖監測設備Naox Link和Naox Wave產品最為亮眼，其中Naox Link為醫療診斷設備獲美國FDA核准，用於神經病學和癲癇治療，以及睡眠監測和臨床研究，而Naox Wave 則為健康科技產品面向消費者，新穎入耳式設備即時傳輸腦電圖數據，正在改變腦功能訊號監測，突破過去複雜且功能有限的頭皮電極的監測方式。

Eieling Technology推出的全球首款輕巧智慧型脂肪肝評估系統，以自動聚焦融合(AIFF, Auto Intra-Focus Fusion)人體肝臟脂肪檢測演算法，30秒即可輸出精準的定量肝臟脂肪含量檢測數據，讓肝臟健康管理從診所超音波診斷往居家監測邁進，更為脂肪肝照護增添新的利器。Noul開發的子宮頸癌篩檢設備MiLab CER，將傳統子宮頸細胞切片診斷流程中多達 25 項手動染色與製備步驟，整合成AI自動診斷設備，該系統可自動完成子宮頸細胞切片染色、數位成像、分析和報告生成等診斷過程，從而將診斷流程縮短 80%，且在20分鐘內提供結果，準確率高達93.9%，達到病理專家水準。
