Future changes in nursing care, home care will become the mainstream, the concept of medical solutions to the home
This CES, on the concept of future forward-looking medical and healthcare technology, emphasizes the concept of a major change in nursing care in the future, where home care will become mainstream and medical solutions will be delivered to the home, which echoes the virtual hospital and hospital at home that were mentioned in the past, and which transforms virtual hospitals into remote patient care services from the perspective of healthcare providers, especially during epidemics. The concept of virtual hospital extends home hospitalization from the perspective of helping healthcare providers to the provision of remote patient care services, especially accelerating the application of technologies such as 'telemedicine' and 'AI-assisted diagnosis' during the epidemic period, and connecting the hospital end, home end, and care end through technology, giving rise to a new hybrid model of providing virtual diagnosis and home care for patients, which will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of patient care. This new hybrid model of patient care provides virtual diagnosis and home care, emphasizing the change in nursing concepts and providing diagnosis and care solutions at home, rather than allowing patients to come to medical institutions for diagnosis and care, and allowing diagnosis and care solutions to be exported directly to the homes of patients in need (medical solutions delivered to the home), so as to more closely match the real needs of the virtual and real integration of the care system.
過去全球存在眾多遠程醫療服務,但大多數虛擬問診僅是通過視訊進行的,幾乎沒有檢查和診斷功能,受惠於AI 輔助診斷技術和遠距醫療平臺的提升,在疫情期間,美國醫療系統爆炸,照護人力嚴重不足,如何有效利用科技,降低所需的護理、照護人力資源是重要的,為減少美國病患到醫院住院、護理和康復,改為居家照護,遠距醫療與居家住院結合讓醫療分層進行,並透過一套健保系統,串連醫療照護過程中收集到的所有數據,作為整體醫療照護決策和判斷的依據,讓醫療護理服務可以在家提供,如化療後續照護,透過照護人員的支援,就可以在家進行,讓病患在家進行部分醫療行為,搭配護理人員到府服務協助就可進行遠距醫療照護,無需跑一趟醫院。
由於患者監測任務自動化,緩解了醫務人員短缺,提高醫師專家的工作效率,優化診治時間表,與住院護理相比,新模式增加護士可以協助的患者數量,借助虛擬醫院線上看診和居家住院,縮短病患實際住院天數並降低再入院比率。在疫情大流行期間住院率統計數據指出,有效地將住院天數減少40%。此外,利用科技消弭遠距照護的疏離感的孤立與孤單,疫情期間許多美國獨居長者或個案,無法外出與親友見面,透過手機或平板裝置,讓獨居者與親友視訊通話,排解心理負擔。在後勤醫藥物資的支援上,協力廠商醫藥物流送外服務,結合護理人員到府服務,或透過一系列居家監測數據分析管理,或個性化用藥數據管理服務等都讓科技在新混合醫療服務模式中找到需求。
CES未來護理照護科技產品亮點
對應上述的居家護理需求,本次CES現場展示護理照護科技產品,虛擬診斷設備如CES最佳創新獎Aevice Health AeviceMD,如圖1,AI穿戴聽診器,檢測哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺病的異常肺音,可測量如呼吸頻率、心率和喘息等數據記錄到手機app,通過AI分析跟蹤並預測疾病是否惡化,以虛擬聽診器進行遠距診斷,幫助醫師記錄和重播胸部聲音,以作為判斷兩次會診間病患肺部狀況比較及治療決策; CES創新獎InHandPlus掌上用藥管理平台,以AI手錶、用藥APP和用藥WEB 組成的先進用藥管理平台,AI手錶通過運動傳感器和攝像頭模塊分析用戶的服藥行為,此智能手錶自動分析患者用藥數據,與醫療保健供應商、護士或醫生即時共享,個人化用藥數據整體管理服務,提供準確的真實世界數據和識別患者服用藥物的時間和藥物的種類,進而優化全球臨床試驗; CES TWICEPicks Award獎OMRON Connect,以APP串接血壓監測儀如上臂血壓計或HCG-8060T 便攜式心電圖,將用戶數據安全地存儲,並隨著時間推移進行追踪,透過護理團隊功能,用戶可建立用戶家人群組管理功能與醫療團隊進行數據分享,用戶可進行線上健康數據分析、報告和互動獎勵禮物卡等,透過個人心臟健康教練功能為用戶提供行為改變的指導、食譜和運動建議,並結合OMRON遠程心臟監測服務如Viso或VitalSight讓醫生可以監控患者的身體狀況和藥物依從性,以改善慢性病護理管理,以及MedWand Solutions遠程醫療體檢服務是由Command Center monitoring station、VirtualCareMed和Wand Clinics,搭配AT&T的互聯網、HP的移動計算設備,以及 Oracle的雲基礎設施服務組成,VirtualCare用於遠距精準偵測病患臨床身體生理數據,包括溫度測量、聽診器、心電圖、脈搏血氧器、超高解析鏡頭等功能,並通過互聯網遠距檢查診斷患者,以遠距臨床檢查、虛擬診察和AI異常監測,為臨床醫生提供一個功能齊全的遠距檢查和諮詢平台,並將電子病歷EMR和用戶管理系統串接,是實現遠距醫療中虛擬看診和移動診所發展的重要一環。
