The 12-nanometer compact process technology, which also entered production in 2017, has maximized crystal density in the 16-nanometer generation. Compared with the 20nm system-on-chip process, 12\/16nm is 50% faster, and the power consumption is 60% lower at the same speed. 12\/16nm node has a capacity of about 140K\/WPM (UTR of about 70%) for this year, and it is expected that there will be a lot of automotive products by the end of 2023, and next year will see stable and small volume growth, and the UTR will be increased as well.
